BEIJING - Dozens of former players of Americas National Basketball Association (NBA) are seeking for jobs in the upcoming domestic league, the Chinese Basketball Association league (CBA). General manager Jon Daniels mentioned that it would be about four weeks before Hamilton can even swing a bat. Hamilton, who was serving as the designated hitter, was injured in the first inning. After driving in a run with a triple, Adrian Beltre popped out in front of the Tigers dugout in foul territory. As catcher Victor Martinez and third baseman Brandon Inge went for the ball, Hamilton sprinted for the vacated plate.
